| The Mississippi Fire Personnel Minimum Standards and Certification Board shall insure quality training, certification, and education is delivered fairly in a manner which adequately prepares and maintains fire personnel's knowledge and skills to conduct fire fighter duties safely and efficiently in order to protect the health and welfare of the people and visitors of the State of Mississippi.
